How to judge whether the lamp is broken or the ballast is broken
It is a common thing that the lamp is out of order. However, how to judge whether the lamp is out of order or the ballast is out of order? Pchouse, let's get to know.
1. Fluorescent lamps need ballasts to meet the voltage required for the start-up and operation of fluorescent lamps. If the lamp fails, you can take another lamp to the failure lamp cover to try. If it is on, the lamp is broken. If it is not on, the ballast is broken;
2. It can also be judged by measuring the disconnection of the filament of the lamp with the universal meter: measure the two ends of the fluorescent lamp with the resistance gear of the universal meter respectively. If the resistance indication is not zero, it means that the fluorescent lamp is broken, and the light-emitting device can be judged by the instantaneous short circuit method. If the inspection of the two elements of the lamp and the light-emitting device is good, the ballast is broken.
