VI. Test Methods

Connect the inverter to the corresponding lamp, and adjust the input voltage of the DC constant current source to reach the rated input voltage DC5V of the inverter;

Connect the input of the inverter to the DC constant current source, and connect the negative pole according to the red positive and black negative;

After connecting the positive pole, the inverter normally starts the lamp, and after waiting for five minutes, observe and record the parameters on the DC constant current source;

Turn on the oscilloscope, debug the test voltage 200V file, and adjust the read waveform file to 20uS;

Connect the oscilloscope probe to the two output lines respectively, read the corresponding parameters and record them.

When testing the lamp tube current, if there is no special high-frequency current testing instrument, a resistor with a known resistance value in the range of 1-100Ω can be connected in series at one end of the output line (too large will affect the lamp tube current), the voltage across the resistor can be tested with an oscilloscope, and the current can be calculated according to the formula I = U/R.

The inverter is tested at 70 ℃ DC5V environment for 4 hours, and the inverter does not have abnormal problems; it can start normally at -15 ℃ ambient temperature.

9. considerations

1. The inverter cannot be unloaded for a long time;

2. When testing the inverter, the matching lamp within the power range of the inverter must be selected;

3. The output line of the inverter shall be connected as required;

4. The test inverter is to debug to the rated voltage, the tested parameters can reach the required range;

5. After power on, the output of the inverter is high voltage, do not touch it, beware of electric shock;

6. Non-professionals should not disassemble the electronic components on the inverter to prevent damage to the electronic components;

7. Please take it lightly when moving the inverter to avoid damage to the electronic inverter;

8. Do not immerse the inverter in water or extremely humid environment to prevent short circuit after the inverter is powered on.
